Who does not qualify as an additional insured?
Those who do not qualify as additional insureds on your MyPT policy include family, friends, employees, or coworkers.
How much does it cost to add an additional insured?
The cost of an additional insured varies depending on what policy you currently have. The prices are as follows:
- $10.00 for a 1-year policy or the end of the policy term
- $15.95 for a 2-year policy or the end of the policy term
- $30.00 Unlimited Additional Insureds for 1-year policy or the end of the policy term
- $45.95 Unlimited Additional Insureds for 2-year policy or the end of the policy term

How will I be charged for adding additional insureds?
A customer service representative will help process your payment over the phone after you submit the form above. At this time, online purchases are not available.
What if I have the unlimited additional insureds package?
If you have the unlimited additional insureds package, you will be able to add unlimited additional insureds to your policy at no extra cost. Filling out this form does not charge you.
